Our Full management service includes:
- Acting as the Landlord’s representative, with all Tenants’ queries and deal with problems proactively should they arise.
- Take responsibility for monthly rent collection & lodgment to Landlord’s nominate bank account.
- Organise our maintenance team to carry out necessary repairs etc. as required.
- Attend to property inspections to ensure the property is being kept in order and that no issues with neighbours.
- Our Contact number is normally left with neighbours and should issues arise they are free to ring us.
- Liaise with the Landlord one month prior to the expiry of the Lease Agreement to organise for renewal and rent
- Carry out an inspection at expiry of Lease Agreement prior to the Landlord refunding the Security Deposit.
- We secure landord Bank & employee references for all potential tenants .
- We arrange or assist depending on provider the transfer of GAS & ESB into new tenants name.
- Any tenant queries which arise will be handled and resolved by us in a timely manor.
